Denim on Demin

Hi Guys,

Sharing this simple denim-on-denim look on the blog today :)

There’s so much you can do with denim. It’s one thing that is consistently in style and will never go out of style.

When my dad got to his 40’s he stopped wearing denim because he thought it wasn’t mature or professional, it was something the younger guys wore. I hope I never stop wearing denim and continue to rock ripped jeans even when I’m a granny!

Got this chambray from Old Navy, these overly ripped boyfriend jeans from Zara (one of my fav pairs), and paired it with these strappy block heeled sandals from Forever21.

Hope you like the look!

That poplin ruffle wrap shirt

Hi Guys,

I’m sure you guys have all seen this shirt before, that poplin ruffle wrap shirt. Got mine from Shein for a killer deal, as always. One thing I must warn you about is that you have to be smart when shopping from Shein. When the deals are too good to be true, sometimes they are. To be safe whenever I pick up anything from Shein I always take a quick look at the product reviews and their style gallery to see what the actual garment looks like on people that have purchased it. If the garment looks good, you’re good to go. If there are no photos or reviews, be ready to be surprised!

I approve this top, lol, get yours here.

I’ve paired this poplin ruffle wrap shirt with a pair of ripped skinny jeans and these new tan mules from Aldo :)

Enjoy!

Navy Sophistication

Hi Guys,

Sharing this navy waist coat from Zara again :)

Good pieces are timeless and last forever. You can wear them over and over in different ways and always look good. This is one of my favourite waistcoats. It’s got a structured, sophisticated cut, the colour is also classic. I find navy to be the perfect colour to wear when you want to look sophisticated but not too serious ;)

I’ve paired this waistcoat with a white dress shirt, distressed denim and a pair of heels.

Enjoy!

Yellow Trench

Hi Guys,

Sharing this great sleeveless trench on the blog today :)

Just love this piece, it’s casual yet alluring. The colour is great too. What’s great about mustard is you can wear it in any season – spring, summer, fall or winter.

I’ve paired this trench with a pair of ripped jeans and a flowy tank. It also looks great with denim cutoffs or can be layered over a dress or black skinnies for a cleaner look.

This trench will definitely be on repeat. Keep an eye out for a later blog post where I will style it in the fall/winter ;)

Enjoy!
